Dan McDermott brings his projects in on time and on budget.
Starting out as a carpenter, Dan quickly moved up to construction foreman and onto general superintendent of projects now valued in excess of $15 million. As a project manager he was able to gain the necessary skills and experience needed in securing his general contractors license, and, shortly after, founded McDermott Homes, Inc.
Dan has an extensive knowledge base, strong work ethic, is attentive to detail and shares cooperative relationships with his clients. These positive characteristics have made Dan a well respected member of his profession. Dan has consistently brought his projects in on time and on budget meriting McDermott Homes, Inc. a reputation in excellence.

Community
Giving Back. A firm believer in giving back to his community; Dan took the helm in the restoration of Hale O'Malama Church of Fleming Beach for use by the Kapalua Preschool. Dan also participates regularly in various ministries and civic charities in the local community.

All it took was one phone call from Dan to gather a team of volunteer sub-contractors to get the vintage Church bell re-hung safely for the preschool children.
